The thrust of this project involved navigating thru a lengthy list of construction constraints necessary to keep plant operations in service during the construction period. Intense sequencing and coordination w/Plant staff allowed the process flow through the plant to not be interrupted, which in turn allowed the improvements to be completed in an orderly and timely fashion.
