PKG’s collaborative effort with AE2S and the City of Pierre, SD has paved the way for a successful CMAR project. The $36.7million project consists of a new water treatment facility and influent pump station.
The water treatment building features seven basins that will navigate water through the ultrafiltration process. Offices and labs are strategically located on the operations level, facing west for a view of the Missouri River.
It is evident that this project is a massive milestone for the City of Pierre, paving the way for the state’s capital. The CMAR process has been crucial in supporting the project’s success. As one of few CMAR Water/Wastewater Projects for the State of South Dakota, this project has set the tone for future work in the state.
